ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY

The term ISO 9001:2015 refers to a group of technical standards that establish a quality management model for organizations in general, regardless of their type or size. This family of standards sets requirements that assist in improving internal processes, enhancing employee training, monitoring the work environment, and verifying the satisfaction of customers, employees, and suppliers, in a continuous process of quality management system improvement. They apply to fields as diverse as materials, products, processes, and services.

Any company, public or private, can be certified. The ISO 9001:2015 certificate, like other ISOs, is valid for 3 years, requiring an audit each year: the initial certification audit and 2 surveillance audits (one each year).
